    • We promise to serve customers friendly and politely and are prepared to help whenever you lodge complaints about our service.

    • We will process and approve application for plans of your individual houses and business buildings within one month provided that they are enclosed with complete documents and follow the decided rules.

    • We will process and approve application for building plans of your housing projects, business projects and industrial projects within one month provided that they are enclosed with complete documents and follow the decided rules.

    • We promise to issue Certificate of Fitness for Occupancy (CFO) not later than one week after we receive the information regarding the completion of building from you.

    • We will ensure that the Annual Assessment of Assessment Tax is done at a reasonable rate within two months after the Certificate Of Fitness for Occupancy is issued. Objections towards Annual Assessment will be processed and decided within one month.

    • We always ensure that order and service payments are made within one month from the date the payment claims are received.

    • We will ensure that Assessment Tax bills are issued in the early part of the year (January to June) and payment instruction notice with fines in the last quarter (September to December).

    • We will ensure that garbage collection is implemented efficiently and carried out not less than three time a week in public places and housing estates.

    • We always ensure that license renewal is approved immediately and the application for new licenses will be processed and decided within one month provided that the requirements of licensing regulations are followed.

    • We always ensure the beauty and cleanliness of the town is maintained and equipped with shady trees and the arrangement of soft and hard landscape.

    • We will ensure that every suitable place in the Council’s area be provided with public facilities, infrastructure and socio economy as well as sports and recreational facilities for you to enjoy.

    • We promise that law enforcement is aimed at controlling and smoothing the town development process in a well arranged, clean and beautiful way.
